What are support and resistance levels in crypto?
Support and resistance are price levels where an asset has historically tended to stop falling or stop rising, reflecting zones where buying or selling pressure has repeatedly clustered. Support is the level where demand has previously absorbed selling, while resistance is where supply has previously capped gains. For example, if a coin has bounced near 100 dollars several times, traders may describe that area as support. These levels are observed tendencies, not guarantees, and price can break through either one, so treat them as context rather than fixed floors or ceilings.
