Stablecoins, RWA & Tokenization

What is the difference between USDT and USDC?

USDT and USDC are both US dollar-pegged stablecoins, differing mainly in their issuers and reserve transparency. USDT is issued by Tether and is the most widely traded stablecoin by volume, while USDC is issued by Circle and is known for publishing regular reserve attestations. Both aim to hold a value near one dollar, but they vary in the composition of their reserves and the frequency of their disclosures. A trader choosing between them typically weighs liquidity against the depth of reserve reporting.
