Stablecoins, RWA & Tokenization

What is a reserve attestation for a stablecoin?

A reserve attestation is a report, usually from a third-party accounting firm, confirming that a stablecoin issuer holds the assets it claims to back its tokens. It states the value and sometimes the composition of reserves at a specific point in time, giving holders a basis to judge whether each token is fully backed. An attestation differs from a full audit: it verifies figures on a chosen date rather than examining controls over a period. Reading attestations is one way investors assess an issuer's transparency.
