DeFi & Yield
What is a yield aggregator in DeFi?
A yield aggregator is a DeFi protocol that automatically routes deposited crypto across multiple lending or liquidity venues to pursue the highest available return. Instead of manually moving funds between protocols, you deposit once and the aggregator's smart contracts reallocate and compound rewards on your behalf. For example, it might shift stablecoins between two lending markets as their rates change. Returns are variable and not guaranteed, and you take on smart-contract and protocol risk at every layer the aggregator touches. Understanding where yield actually comes from is the kind of methodology-led thinking we apply to crypto allocation at Qatobit. Explore our research.
