Tokenomics & On-chain
What is tokenomics in crypto?
Tokenomics is the study of how a crypto token's supply, distribution, and incentives are designed and how they shape its economic behaviour. It covers factors such as total and circulating supply, issuance schedules, burns, staking rewards, and how tokens are allocated to teams, investors, and the public. For example, a token with a fixed supply and gradual unlocks behaves very differently from one with unlimited issuance. Understanding tokenomics helps you assess the structural pressures on a token before you read any price chart.
