Between them, the founders spent fourteen years on Indian brokerage desks before any of this was built. The people who design the indices and run controls sit behind them, and we add names here as each role is approved for public listing.
How we work
The discipline is in the process.
Two habits decide most of what happens here. Work goes live only after someone other than its author has checked it against the published criteria. And the methodology for an index is written down before the index ships, so the rules have to be agreed rather than felt.
That is the slower way to do it. It is also why publishing the construction logic is comfortable for us.
